Preschool classes are an introduction to music and movement while learning the "first steps" of Ukrainian dance. We focus on developing rhythm, following instructions, working together as a team and gaining confidence to perform in front of an audience. .Classes are offered once per week September - May. Dancers will learn (1) dance and perform at all Troyanda events including the Vitaemo Festival.
*Dancers must be 3 yrs before January 1, 2024

Structured classes based upon the foundations of the Shumka Syllabus of Ukrainian Dance. Dancers will receive excellent instruction in Ukrainian folk dance and ballet. Classes are fun and engaging, incorporating barre, center and corner exercises as well as choreography. Dancers will master 1 - 2 dances per year depending on their level and perform at all Troyanda events including the Vitaemo Festival.

Jr Alumni class welcomes graduates of Troyanda. Each year, participants collectively determine if they wish to participate in festivals and events.
Instruction Summer Tomiak
An introduction to Ukrainian dance, young dancers become familiar with dance class structure while building independence and confidence in the studio. Creative Movement explores dance through a variety of methods using music, props and instruments. This is an unparented class. Dancers must be min. 2 years at start of session. No Performances for this program.

Ballet instruction utilizing the RAD ballet syllabus, designed to improve technique, strength, flexibility and stage presentation while nurturing their self confidence and love of dance. Dancers will perform at the Zirka Dance Challenge & Troyanda Year End Concert.

Enrichment classes offer additional training and performance opportunities for INTERMEDIATE & SENIOR dancers who demonstrate a high level of commitment and dedication to Ukrainian dance. Auditions are not conducted but class and performance attendance is mandatory. Dancers will perform in all Troyanda events including Vitaemo Festival, Zirka Dance Challenge and at least one out of town festival. Additional events may be scheduled throughout the year - advance notice will be provided.
New dancers receive a FREE (3) week trial in September - *does not apply to sessional classes
*Dancers must be enrolled in Ukrainian dance to participate in ballet & Enrichment classes.
